Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GP Management Assistant to join our team at North Street Medical Care. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinicians and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our clinicians, including managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating clinical services.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation, including patient notes and treatment plans.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the clinical team with data analysis and reporting, providing insights to inform service improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
