About the Role

The position of Senior Clinical Team Officer is available within the NHS North East London Integrated Care Board (ICB). Our team is responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to the local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of clinical professionals to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement business plans, strategies, and risk management processes to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including NHS and Local Authority representatives, to ensure effective working relationships and coordinated care.
  • Take charge of case management, investigating complaints, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, recruitment activities, and performance monitoring to enhance team performance and capabilities.

Requirements

  • Possess a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a specialist area.
  • Hold a qualification in nursing or social work or a relevant field.
  • Demonstrate experience in case management, team leadership, and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Be familiar with National Frameworks for Continuing Healthcare and have experience with risk management, compliance, and performance monitoring.
