Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Child Health Department as a Patient Pathway Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the smooth running of the patient journey by ensuring coordinated and streamlined administrative processes.
Key responsibilities include providing evidence of experience in dealing with patients via telephone in a professional and calm manner, as well as good computer skills and knowledge of patients' administrative systems.
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
