At Louise Hewett Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and closing major opportunities, with a strong understanding of the sales process and excellent networking and communication skills.

The Account Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing business plans to exceed targets, maintaining a robust sales pipeline and forecasting sales, and building long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in client management or sales roles within IT or MSP, with a basic understanding of IT terminology and infrastructure, and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.

The Account Manager will also have opportunities for professional growth, a collaborative work environment, involvement in innovative projects, and a hybrid work arrangement.

Please note that the ability to travel within the UK is required for this role.
