A leading provider of IT Services is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and implement business plans to drive sales growth and exceed targets.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast sales performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
- Identify client needs and position technology solutions to meet their requirements.
- Understand client requirements and build competitive propositions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client management or sales roles within IT or MSP.
- Proven track record of developing and closing major opportunities.
- Strong sales skills and understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent networking and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT terminology and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
