Job Title: IT Account Manager

A leading provider of IT Services is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement business plans to drive sales growth and exceed targets.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
  • Identify client needs and position technology solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Understand client requirements and build competitive propositions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client management or sales roles within IT or MSP.
  • Proven track record of developing and closing major opportunities.
  • Strong sales skills and understanding of the sales process.
  • Excellent networking and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT terminology and infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
