About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at Recruit Select Limited. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Estate Management or Property Management, with a proven track record of success in managing financial transactions and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including purchase and sales ledgers, invoices, and weekly payments.
  • Assist with Service Charge renewals and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel to process financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Estate Management or Property Management.
  • Excellent accounting knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
