As a key player in the financial operations of Senseco Systems Limited, you will be responsible for various aspects of financial management, focusing on Credit Control, Purchase Ledger, and providing support for general accounting functions.

Primary Responsibilities of the Finance Operations Associate:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and financial procedures
  • Assist in the budgeting process by supplying necessary financial data
  • Collaborate with different departments to collect financial information
  • Support the audit preparation process
  • Provide transactional assistance to the Group Financial Controller
  • Manage both sales and purchase ledgers for the organization
  • Work with the finance team to implement process enhancements
  • Participate in standardization initiatives across the organization
  • Oversee the collection of Company debts, including the issuance of final notices and liaising with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Input supplier invoices into Sage Line 50 Accounts and prepare them for the monthly payment cycle
  • Perform general administrative tasks relevant to your role, including data entry and responding to inquiries.
