Accounts Clerk

**Summary of Role**:
An expanding dealer group is looking to employ an Accounts Clerk to provide a key support function within the Accounts Invoicing department at their Head Office. The role will require a flexible approach and at times will provide a varied workload.
Salary £21-22,000 Dependant on Experience, Full Time 37.5hours Mon-Fri or_**Part Time hours could be considered at a pro rata basis.**_
**Accounts**
- Some basic knowledge of Accountancy in order to process and invoice customer transactions - Maybe you are studying AAT
- Reconciliation of petty cash, bank and various other workbooks
- Assisting with the stock check process
- Maintain other workbooks thoroughly and accurately
- Complete compliance check list on the vehicle files
**General**
- Any other reasonable administrative tasks requested in order to provide required levels of support to the business
- Complete paperwork tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
- Communicate clearly, proactively and professionally to customers, management and colleagues alike and treat everyone with respect
- Adhere to Company Policies, Procedures and Codes of Conduct
