Job Description

This is a remote position with a reputable company, MyWork, that employs circa 150 people across multiple locations.

As an innovator within the financial services sector, MyWork is constantly enhancing its innovative bespoke, cutting-edge platform, which enables the business to continue to implement and expand a broad range of products to residential and commercial customers.

Due to year-on-year growth, MyWork is actively seeking an experienced Digital Web Manager to join their team and contribute towards the successful delivery of their robust market-leading innovative platform.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in managing the website enhancements and taking ownership of improving customer/client journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage changes and improvements for Front End web-related projects, including UI/UX and Design Projects.
  • Ensure delivery is within the agreed scope and tolerances.
  • Work with Senior Stakeholders within the group to define and implement customer/client journeys into the website.

Requirements:

  • Experienced as a Digital Web Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner/Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to engage and manage key stakeholders at all levels with diplomacy.
  • Experience of utilising varied methodologies – such as Waterfall/Agile/SCRUM.
  • Strong understanding of UX focused on Customer Journeys.
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams – Software Development, UI/UX, Marketing and have experience of A/B testing.
  • Experience of working within a start-up environment is advantageous.
