Digital Content Producer

TM UK (Web) is seeking a highly skilled Advertising Producer to join our team. As a key member of our digital content creation team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior producers and creative teams to develop and implement digital video strategies.
- Oversee the entire production process, from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard and on time.
- Manage workflows and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless collaboration and approval processes.
- Supervise freelance and staff editors, providing guidance and creative vision to ensure high-quality output.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in digital video production, applying this knowledge to drive the creation of engaging and contemporary content.
- Ensure final content meets technical, factual, and compliance standards, aligning with TM UK (Web)'s internal policies and procedures.
- Occasionally travel to events and shoots to produce video content in the field.
- Degree or diploma in media studies or a related field, with a focus on video production.
- Experience in production management or producing, preferably for digital/social media platforms.
- Demonstrable experience in maintaining collaborative communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Broad knowledge of current production styles and techniques.
- Excellent understanding of the digital media landscape.
- Highly motivated, organized, creative, and ambitious, with a keen eye for new challenges.
- Ability to maintain a positive outlook despite setbacks and challenges.
- UK driving license.
- Ability to travel.
- Production exposure in roles such as scriptwriting, directing, camera, audio, editing, or motion graphics.
