About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Digital Programme Manager to oversee large-scale and B2C digital programmes. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with Product, Customer Experience, Development, and Experience Design teams to develop and deliver new user and customer experiences across our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and deliver new user and customer experiences across the platform.
  • Manage budgets, briefs, and schedules within your portfolio of work, supported by a PMO team.
  • Ensure stakeholders and leadership teams are aware of any issues or risks to the platform.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of web apps, information systems, digital marketing solutions, and social media platforms.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Agile/SCRUM Programme Management experience overseeing large-scale and B2C digital programmes.
  • Experience working as a Digital Programme Manager on a B2C platform.
  • Knowledge of web apps, information systems, digital marketing solutions, and social media platforms.
  • Experience across web, mobile, tablet, and ideally AR/VR & retail.
  • Agile/SCRUM experience alongside knowledge of JIRA.
