- Campaign Analysis: Analyse campaign results and media effectiveness to identify and implement optimisation opportunities across all digital marketing efforts.
- A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B testing and data-driven optimisation strategies to continuously improve performance.
- Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain dashboards with actionable insights on digital marketing effectiveness and optimisation strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders (including leadership).
- SEO and Web Usability: Provide data support for SEO improvement efforts and web usability enhancements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the digital engagement team to identify SEO opportunities and develop strategies to improve organic visibility and search engine rankings.
- Team Enablement: Equip teams with the tools and knowledge to analyse data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
- Experience: Experience as an Optimisation Strategist, Optimisation Manager, or Digital Marketing Analyst, with demonstrable experience driving strategic decision-making that impacts business growth.
- Skills: Exposure to digital optimisation, web analytics, CRO / landing page optimisation & personalisation, and SEO.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to lead conversations around priorities, impact, and resources with business stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at translating complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of data analysis tools and platforms including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Medallia, and basic SQL.
- Flexible Working: A flexible working environment and the ability to work from home / flexible hours.
