About MyWork

MyWork is an established leader within the financial services sector, employing circa 150 people across multiple locations.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Web Manager to join our team and contribute towards the successful delivery of our robust market leading innovative platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage changes and improvements for Front End web related projects, including UI / UX and Design Projects.
  • Work with Senior Stakeholders within the group to define and implement customer / client journeys into the website.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – Software Development, UI / UX, Marketing and have experience of A/B testing.
  • Ensure delivery are within the agreed scope and tolerances – as agreed by the business.
Requirements
  • Experienced as a Digital Web Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner / Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to engage and manage key stakeholders at all levels with diplomacy.
  • Experience of utilising varied methodologies - such as Waterfall / Agile / SCRUM.
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams and have experience of A/B testing.
