About the Role

MyWork, an established leader within the financial services sector, is seeking an experienced Digital Web Manager to join their team. As an innovator, MyWork is constantly enhancing its innovative bespoke, cutting-edge platform, which enables the business to continue to implement and expand a broad range of products to residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage changes and improvements for Front End web-related projects, including UI/UX and Design Projects, ensuring delivery is within the agreed scope and tolerances.
  • Work with Senior Stakeholders within the group to define and implement customer/client journeys into the website.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Software Development, UI/UX, Marketing, and have experience of A/B testing.
  • Develop a strong understanding of UX focused on Customer Journeys.
Requirements
  • Experienced as a Digital Web Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner/Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage and manage key stakeholders at all levels with diplomacy, able to translate technical jargon to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience of utilising varied methodologies, such as Waterfall/Agile/SCRUM.
  • Able to work in a start-up environment is advantageous.
