**Job Summary**

Reed is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join their reputable law firm. The ideal candidate will be service-focused and play a crucial role in supporting staff, high net worth clients, and private family and charitable trusts.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the file opening process for the team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
* Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
* Act as the first point of contact for administrative and business support requirements for fee earners, proactively anticipating the team's needs.
* Assist with the preparation of all financial transactions as required.
* Draft and format letters, documents, and forms with a high level of proficiency.
* Prepare correspondence and documents through audio typing and word processing.
* Manage the diaries of allocated fee earners, ensuring effective time management and scheduling.

**Requirements**

* Experience within administration would be beneficial but we will also consider graduates.
* Experience working in a client-facing environment.
* Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Zoom, etc.
* Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of work.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
