The Wellbeing and Activities Assistant plays a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. As part of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for supporting the Wellbeing Coordinator in creating a stimulating and enriching environment.
Main Duties- Maintain a safe living and working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and professional image of the home through your interactions with residents, family members, and colleagues.
- Report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the relevant team members, ensuring seamless care coordination.
