Curriculum Development Specialist

We are a Multi Academy Trust dedicated to providing exceptional education to our students. Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people, and we're seeking an experienced individual to join us as a Subject Leader for Physics.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement curriculum development strategies to inspire student progress
- Leverage creative approaches to lesson delivery, fostering engagement and motivation among students
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including a Teachers Pension Scheme and Professional Development & Wellbeing Days.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
- A proven track record of inspiring student progress through effective teaching and knowledge of the curriculum
- A creative approach to lesson delivery, coupled with confidence in strategies to enable all students to make or exceed their levels of progress
- High motivation and passion for making a difference in the lives of young people
