About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community, ensuring that every aspect of our residents' lives is met with compassion, respect, and understanding.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional leadership and guidance to your team, empowering them to deliver outstanding care and support to our residents.
  • To develop and implement strategies that promote the health, wellbeing, and independence of our residents.
  • To work closely with our residents, their families, and external partners to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • To maintain high standards of quality and safety within our community, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • To manage budgets, resources, and staff performance, ensuring that we achieve our goals and objectives.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional care and support. You will have:

A QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification in management.Proven experience of working in a senior living or care development environment, with a strong understanding of health and safety, property management, and budgetary requirements.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.The ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and manage competing demands.
