Job Overview

This role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries. You will work collaboratively with our experienced clinical team to deliver person-centred care and support.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualised care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Working closely with our clinical team to develop and implement care plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the clinical team
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No prior experience in care is required, as we provide full nurse-led training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and compassionate approach to working with vulnerable individuals
  • An ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
