Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $18 - $22 per hour, depending on experience, as well as access to comprehensive training and development programs. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work part-time hours, allowing for a healthy work-life balance and alternate weekends off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to our clients
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, light housework, and personal hygiene routines
  • Support clients with dementia, including memory care and behavioral support
  • Accompany clients to appointments and engage in social activities
Requirements
  • Kind and compassionate nature
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation (a car is essential for this role)
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic devices
