Job Role: Personal Care Specialist Lichfield

We are seeking a Personal Care Specialist to join our team in Lichfield, providing personal care and support to individuals in their own homes. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will promote independence and dignity, while ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of care.

The estimated salary for this role is £12-15 per hour, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families. A full driving licence is required for this role, as well as the ability to work flexible hours.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing personal care, companionship, and emotional support to our clients. You will also assist with daily tasks, such as washing and dressing, and help with light housekeeping. You will work closely with our CARE Professionals to ensure that our clients receive the highest standard of care.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be kind, considerate, and patient. You should also be able to listen actively and communicate effectively. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in people's lives, we want to hear from you.
