About This Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Care Assistant, providing person-centred care to clients in the Lichfield area. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with clients to develop personal care plans, promote their independence, and ensure their safety and well-being. You will also be responsible for adhering to CQC regulations and working collaboratively with other members of the team.
