About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Part-time Lodge Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and coordinate activities and events for Home Owners
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring a safe and secure environment
  • Provide a first-class service to Home Owners, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and welcoming community

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Experience in administration, customer service, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications
