About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Part-time Lodge Manager. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and has a background in administration and customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the retirement development, including organizing events, coordinating maintenance, and providing a first-class service to residents. This is a unique chance to make a positive difference in the lives of our Home Owners and be a trusted, 'go-to' person on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance of the property and ensure the site is safe and secure
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Organize events and activities to enhance the lifestyle of residents
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure smooth operations
  • Administer the site, using Microsoft Office applications and other tools as required

Requirements:

  • Passion for excellent customer service and a love of working with people
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or a related field
  • Accomplished administrator with computer literacy and experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
