We are seeking a skilled Elevator Maintenance Manager to join our team in Lichfield. This role offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for career growth.

About the Role

As an Elevator Maintenance Manager, you will oversee a team of lift service technicians, ensuring efficient delivery of maintenance and repair services. You will work closely with clients to provide exceptional service, take a proactive approach to safety, technical troubleshooting, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of lift service technicians, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Plan and supervise works, ensuring they are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Supervise and organize the day-to-day activities of your engineering team.
  • Update information and respond to messages using the company computer network.
  • Process service reports, callout reports, client/consultant survey reports, thorough examination reports, and client correspondence.
  • Investigate and report any accidents or incidents.
  • Conduct technical surveys/specific risk assessments/release training.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients.
  • Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain spare parts and oversee specialist sub-contractors' works.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A strong understanding of lift maintenance, safety protocols, and relevant regulations.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure all safety measures are followed.
  • A current valid driving license.
  • A DBS check will be required.
