About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team in a retirement living development. This is a part-time role that requires a high level of customer service, administration, and organisational skills.

The successful candidate will have a background in administration and customer service, with the ability to manage a range of tasks, including organising activities, coordinating the development, managing contractors, and completing health and safety checks.

As a Lodge Manager, you will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues. This is a pivotal role that is crucial to the success of the Lodge and the enjoyment of our Home Owners.

Your Skills and Experience
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work with a range of customers
  • Administration and organisational skills, including experience of using Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High levels of social contact with residents, but also happy to work alone and use own initiative
  • Previous experience in a similar background, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors
