Job Title: Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Care First - Eden Lodge. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support and care to clients with disabilities, enabling them to take full benefit of our provision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and care to clients with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the Hub Manager to deliver educational and learning activities, promoting a quality and professional service.
  • Give concise and accurate feedback to the Hub Manager on each learner's progress, ensuring assessments are focused and the learning direction clear.
  • Be aware of all fire regulations and policies involved for the safety of students and work colleagues, promoting Health and Safety throughout the Skills Tank.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working as a Teaching Assistant or within a similar role.
  • Experience of working with adults with learning difficulties/disabilities, autism, and Mental Health.
  • Prepared to undertake on-going training and day-to-day learning throughout employment.
