About This Role

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Clinical Care Worker to join our team in Staffordshire. As a Clinical Care Worker, you will work in partnership with other health professionals and agencies to meet the requirements of residents in care homes. You will have access to their support plan, which will give you all the information you need to do the job.

Main Responsibilities

  • Promote patient-focused care and assist residents in activities of daily living, promoting their comfort.
  • Deliver support plans and safeguard vulnerable people.
  • Contribute to outcome-focused reviews and encourage residents' independence, choice, health, and wellbeing.
  • Record care complete documentation and provide excellent patient care and support.

Person Specification

  • Desire to care and look after residents.
  • Previous personal or professional care experience is desirable.
