Clinical Lead for Community Services

The Clinical Lead for Community Services at St Giles Hospice is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to patients receiving palliative care in their homes and community settings.
This role requires a Registered Nurse with advanced clinical leadership skills, experience in implementing evidence-based practice, and a proven track record in staff development and service improvement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating care services, managing clinical governance, and driving service improvements to enhance patient outcomes. They will also be expected to lead and contribute to the development of the multi-disciplinary team, and work in partnership with other key professionals to ensure appropriate use of resources and improved services.
