About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-time Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Lodge, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring that all facilities and services are provided to a high standard.
  • Provide a first-class service to Home Owners, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organise and coordinate activities, events, and services to enhance the lifestyle of our Home Owners.
  • Manage contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Conduct health and safety checks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
About You

We are looking for an individual with a passion for excellent customer service, a love of people, and a background in administration and customer service. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or uniformed services, would be an advantage.
