About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-time Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality service, a strong background in administration and customer service, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, coordinating activities, and providing a first-class service to our Home Owners.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and has excellent communication skills. You will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.

About You

We are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has a strong background in administration and customer service, and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.

You will have a strong ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including Home Owners, contractors, and internal colleagues. You will be able to work calmly under pressure and have a strong sense of discretion and diplomacy.
