About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-time Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, managing the maintenance of the property, and coordinating various activities and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, including coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Coordinate various activities and events, including social events, health and safety checks, and other initiatives to enhance the resident experience.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to ensure that all aspects of the role are carried out to a high standard.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive community.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retirement living or social housing setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
