About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-time Lodge Manager to join our team in a retirement living development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the day-to-day operations of the development, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring it is safe and secure for residents
  • Provide a first-class service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize and coordinate activities, events, and services to enhance the quality of life for residents
  • Manage contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Conduct health and safety checks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service, administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners
  • Ability to work independently, using initiative and sound judgment to resolve issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
