Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. About the Role

In this exciting hybrid role, you'll empower colleagues to make better decisions using data-driven insights. You'll keep up-to-date with developments in people and workforce analytics, providing insights to support business strategy. As a Data Analyst, you'll build and deliver HR/People analytics capabilities, presenting complex concepts in an easily understandable way.

  • You will take ownership of our colleague engagement survey, including design, analysis, and insight sharing.
  • You'll work closely with our HR/People team to provide actionable recommendations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in SQL, experience with Data Visualisation tools (Excel, Power BI, Python, R), and excellent communication skills.
