We are a leading contemporary art gallery network with a global presence, seeking a CRM and Email Marketing Manager to join our team. This role involves developing and executing our CRM strategy, managing email marketing campaigns, and working closely with various teams to ensure customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer-centric approach.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including regular newsletters, event management, and marketing automations.
  • Develop and maintain customer retention programs, including loyalty and VIP programs.
  • Collaborate with the customer analyst to analyze customer data and build segmentation and lifecycle strategies.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to the marketing team and wider business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CRM and email marketing management.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and optimizing content for improved engagement and conversion rates.
  • Experience with customer data and CRM platforms, such as Ometria and/or Hubspot.
  • Strong understanding of best email marketing practices.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
