About the Role

This exciting opportunity will empower colleagues to make informed decisions for customers and members using data-driven insights. You will build and deliver HR/People analytics capabilities, providing valuable insights to support organization and people planning.

You will take ownership of our colleague engagement survey, including design, analysis, and insight sharing. You will work closely with our HR/People team to ensure a deep understanding of people metrics, trends, and external insights.

Key Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in SQL and experience delivering insights and analytics solutions using Data Visualisation tools such as Excel and Power BI, as well as open-source data science tools like Python and R.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
