We require a seasoned SEN Teacher to support pupils transitioning from Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 3 at our Pupil Referral Unit in Lichfield. As a Pupil Referral Unit Teaching Professional, you will contribute to a dedicated team focused on providing emotional regulation, wellbeing, and successful access to learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach students across various subjects, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging lessons to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Track and report on pupil progress, ensuring effective attainment.
  • Maintain a secure, motivating, and inclusive classroom environment that prioritizes mutual respect.
  • Prior experience working with SEMH, Trauma, Sensory processing, and social communication teaching backgrounds is essential.
  • Hold a degree-level qualification in a relevant subject area.

You will excel in a therapeutic setting, leveraging your expertise in SEMH, Trauma, Sensory processing, and social communication teaching.
