Company Overview:The ERGO Group AG is a leading company in the insurance market, and we are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our National Sales Manager to achieve sales and business targets.
We are committed to providing excellent customer service and developing strong relationships with our clients. If you have a proven track record of setting and achieving sales targets, a deep understanding of the insurance market, and excellent communication skills, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the National Sales Manager in achieving sales and business objectives related to targeted growth.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the Sales & Marketing plan for the Premier Guarantee products.
- Develop key contacts at senior levels of major target organisations.
- Liaise with the National Sales Manager / Sales Director, providing regular updates on progress and development.
- A highly successful track record of setting and achieving sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of the insurance market and related products (desirable).
- Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills with the ability to identify and match our products with new and existing customers.
- Proven ability to persuade and influence.
