Red 10 is a leading company in the aerospace and defence sector, seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive sales growth and expand our IT services offerings.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase revenue, build strong relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities. With a background in business development and sales experience within the insurance sector, you will leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional results.

Key highlights of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue growth
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Onboarding new clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring high client satisfaction rates

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data-driven decision making, be able to use metrics to support recommendations, and have proven experience in using SalesForce as a sales management tool.
