Job Title: Aerospace & Defence Business Growth Specialist
Description:
In this role as Aerospace & Defence Business Growth Specialist, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by expanding a client base and nurturing relationships in key markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role, with a strong understanding of sales strategies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business development strategies, leading and supporting a small sales team, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. In return, we offer a competitive basic salary of £35,000 and opportunities for professional development and career progression.
As an Aerospace & Defence Business Growth Specialist, you will be expected to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, ensuring the satisfaction of all parties involved.
