Brookwood Temporary Solutions is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team in East London.
About the RoleThis field-based position involves targeting and signing SMEs through cold calling, referrals, and networking. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in field sales, a hunter mentality, and ambitions to earn money.
The ideal candidate must have experience in field sales cold calling, as this will be advantageous in securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business leads in the aerospace and defence sector
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at SMEs
- Close deals and achieve targets
We are looking for a results-driven sales professional who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have:
- A strong understanding of the aerospace and defence industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
The salary for this role is £100k OTE, and additional benefits include a company car, laptop, and mobile phone.
