About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth within our Aerospace and Defence industry segment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Financial Services firm based in the City and contribute to the development of our business.

  • You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and negotiating deals.
  • With your strong sales skills and knowledge of the industry, you will be able to identify areas of potential growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • As a senior member of our sales team, you will be expected to provide guidance and support to junior colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Financial Services sector.
  • Degree-educated with a good command of English and ideally one other language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, including a base salary of around £60,000 per annum, plus a significant commission element and a company bonus scheme.
