About the Role:
Checked Recruitment is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our client's team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented sales professional to work with a well-established aerospace components manufacturer.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM clients in the aerospace industry.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts with customers, ensuring timely delivery and quality products.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in sales or business development, particularly in the aerospace industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or a related field.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
