About the Role
">We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Night Senior Carer to join our team at an NHS care home. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality person-centred care and support to our residents.
">Main Responsibilities
">- Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants
- Support the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, and care reviews
- Respect the dignity and preferences of our residents
About You
">To succeed in this role, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.
">You will have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities, which may lead to roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing positions.
">Salary Information
">The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
