About the Role:

As a Senior Night Care Assistant at Crooton Ltd, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality person-centred care and support to our residents. You will supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants, alongside the Deputy General Manager, to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

Your role will involve supporting the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews. You will also play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for our residents.

We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support. If you have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, and specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly, we encourage you to apply.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
