Job Overview:
Crooton invites applications from dedicated professionals for the position of Elderly Support Professional. As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to residents, working closely with the clinical team and leading a team of Care Assistants.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement care plans
  • Respect and promote the dignity and autonomy of residents
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

Skills and Qualifications:

You should possess an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

A strong understanding of individualised care and support principles is essential, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £32,000 - £38,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
