Elderly Support Coordinator

Barchester Healthcare is a renowned provider of healthcare services, dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bank Senior Care Assistant to join our team.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of Care Assistants, working closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support. You will also be involved in supporting the clinical team in various areas, such as medication management, assessments, and care reviews.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in health and social care, with experience working with elderly residents. You should hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and have knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You must also be able to demonstrate compassion, commitment, and a strong ability to provide individualised care and support.
