Role Summary
We are seeking an Executive Support Coordinator to join our Chester-based team, providing administrative support to 2-3 executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense submission. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in executive administrative support, preferably supporting multiple executives, and possess strong organisational and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including hotel and flight bookings
  • Managing expenses, including data entry and coding
  • Updating calendars, including negotiation and delegation of meeting events
  • Coordinating employee engagement events hosted by the executive or their leadership

What We Offer
This role provides a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a positive work environment that values diversity and inclusivity.
