**Job Title:** Family Support Coordinator
We are recruiting for a highly skilled Social Worker to join our team in the North West of England. As a Family Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support and interventions for children, young people, and families.
**Job Overview:**
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with partners to deliver services tailored to individual needs and ensure the voices of children and young people are central to the assessment and planning process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a diverse and allocated caseload
- Conduct thorough assessments in line with legislation, policies, and procedures
- Identify and provide appropriate support and interventions for children, young people, and families
- Work collaboratively with partners to deliver services and support tailored to individual needs
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Social Work qualification with professional registration
- A strong understanding of child development and family support frameworks
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with children, families, and professionals
