We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Paralegal Support Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support, handle client communication, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

About the Role:

Your primary responsibilities will include arranging appointments and meetings, managing diaries, preparing bundles, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and external agencies. You will work closely with the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and contribute to the firm's continued growth and success.

Salary & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £24,500 per annum, along with a range of benefits including a pension scheme, attendance bonus, and cycle-to-work scheme. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a generous holiday allowance of 25 days per year plus bank holidays.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
  • Good time management skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working in a similar role within a law firm or education background including Family Law modules
